Charge man, the ever-angry train robot master of megaman 5. Up to this point, I've made it my goal to recreate some of these robot masters in my own interpretations, some go through radical changes and others are more subtle. With Charge man, it was difficult considering he's not really one of the more popular robot masters around let alone in megaman 5. For the most part most of his appearance is the same as the original except that it occured to me that since Charge man always seems angry perhaps it would best suit him if his appearance were that of a grouchy elderly man. I gave him a stout appearance, bushy eyebrows, menacing eyes, and adjusted his train pilot ( i think that's what its called ) to look like a beard and sideburns. As for the pose, I wanted to work on perspective so I drew him performing a charge tackle/fist lunge from an angle.
According to megaman wiki, Charge man is robot built for transportation of Dr. Wily's supplies and the fact that he looks like a train allows him to transport undetected. Definitely not a robot who can control his temper.

Oh, thank you. I'm not too bright on locomotive anatomy. XD Anyway its good to see there are people that love Charge man. Personally I'm not too fond of him. In any case I'm glad you like the design, unfortunately other charge man fans were not pleased with my interpretation. Oh well.
By the way that "train pilot," as you called it, is actually called a "Cowcatcher."
ah well, he still looks great
really? how so?
